Discriminatie – dus het uitsluiten van mensen op welke grond dan ook – is niet toegestaan. Daarom is het standpunt van Stipt Uitzendbureau dan ook: wij discrimineren niet. Ook zijn wij alert op mogelijke discriminerende verzoeken van opdrachtgevers, want daar werken wij niet aan mee.

Heb je toch het gevoel dat je bent gediscrimineerd? Dat vinden wij vervelend. Je kunt dit aankaarten bij jouw contactpersoon binnen Stipt Uitzendbureau. Diegene zal jouw klacht altijd serieus nemen en – zo nodig – bespreken met zijn/haar leidinggevende.

Stipt Uitzendbureau maakt zich sterk voor gelijke behandeling van iedereen en voor een divers personeelsbeleid. Aan deze overtuiging houden wij ons strikt bij het werven en selecteren van kandidaten.

Discriminatiegronden

Bij discriminatie gaat het om uitsluiting van mensen voor vacatures op grond van niet-relevante criteria. Een discriminerend verzoek van een opdrachtgever kan heel expliciet zijn, maar ook impliciet, doordat bijvoorbeeld eisen gesteld worden aan de kandidaten die onnodig hoog en/of niet relevant zijn voor de functie. Het standpunt van Stipt Uitzendbureau is gelijk aan de wet en luidt dat discriminerende verzoeken nooit gehonoreerd mogen worden.
Ook onze medewerkers herkennen niet elk discriminerend verzoek en gaan soms onbewust mee in een wens van een opdrachtgever, omdat vaak onwetendheid een rol speelt. Het komt voor dat medewerkers van Stipt Uitzendbureau een discriminerend verzoek signaleren tijdens het uitvoeren van hun werkzaamheden. Bijvoorbeeld wanneer zij een vacature ontvangen waarin een leeftijdsgrens wordt aangegeven of als er specifiek wordt gevraagd om een man of vrouw. In zulke gevallen zullen wij onze opdrachtgevers informeren over wat wel en niet is toegestaan. Daarbij leggen we uit dat wij kandidaten altijd op basis van hun competenties selecteren en zo de ideale match maken.

Nee tegen discriminatie, ja voor diversiteit

Stipt Uitzendbureau zegt nee tegen discriminatie en ja tegen diversiteit! Diversiteit is méér verschil op de werkvloer in onder meer nationaliteit, geslacht, seksuele gerichtheid en leeftijd. Daarnaast kan diversiteit aanwezig zijn door verschillen in werkervaring, culturele achtergrond en kennis.
