Ik voel mij gediscrimineerd. Bij wie kan ik dit melden?
Discriminatie – dus het uitsluiten van mensen op welke grond dan ook – is niet toegestaan. Daarom is het standpunt van Stipt Uitzendbureau dan ook: wij discrimineren niet. Ook zijn wij alert op mogelijke discriminerende verzoeken van opdrachtgevers, want daar werken wij niet aan mee.
Heb je toch het gevoel dat je bent gediscrimineerd? Dat vinden wij vervelend. Je kunt dit aankaarten bij jouw contactpersoon binnen Stipt Uitzendbureau. Diegene zal jouw klacht altijd serieus nemen en – zo nodig – bespreken met zijn/haar leidinggevende.

Discriminatie? Daar doen we dus niet aan!
Stipt Uitzendbureau maakt zich sterk voor gelijke behandeling van iedereen en voor een divers personeelsbeleid. Aan deze overtuiging houden wij ons strikt bij het werven en selecteren van kandidaten.
Het anti discriminatiestatement van Stipt Uitzendbureau:
- Wij nemen geen discriminerende verzoeken aan van opdrachtgevers;
- ondersteunen of faciliteren discriminatie niet;
- onze medewerkers geven wij duidelijke instructie en training over het omgaan met discriminerende verzoeken;
- brengen diversiteit onder de aandacht bij onze opdrachtgevers om bewustwording te creëren;
- het thema discriminatie staat continu op de agenda.
Bij discriminatie gaat het om uitsluiting van mensen voor vacatures op grond van niet-relevante criteria. Een discriminerend verzoek van een opdrachtgever kan heel expliciet zijn, maar ook impliciet, doordat bijvoorbeeld eisen gesteld worden aan de kandidaten die onnodig hoog en/of niet relevant zijn voor de functie. Het standpunt van Stipt Uitzendbureau is gelijk aan de wet en luidt dat discriminerende verzoeken nooit gehonoreerd mogen worden.
Ook onze medewerkers herkennen niet elk discriminerend verzoek en gaan soms onbewust mee in een wens van een opdrachtgever, omdat vaak onwetendheid een rol speelt. Het komt voor dat medewerkers van Stipt Uitzendbureau een discriminerend verzoek signaleren tijdens het uitvoeren van hun werkzaamheden. Bijvoorbeeld wanneer zij een vacature ontvangen waarin een leeftijdsgrens wordt aangegeven of als er specifiek wordt gevraagd om een man of vrouw. In zulke gevallen zullen wij onze opdrachtgevers informeren over wat wel en niet is toegestaan. Daarbij leggen we uit dat wij kandidaten altijd op basis van hun competenties selecteren en zo de ideale match maken.
Nee tegen discriminatie, ja voor diversiteit
Stipt Uitzendbureau zegt nee tegen discriminatie en ja tegen diversiteit! Diversiteit is méér verschil op de werkvloer in onder meer nationaliteit, geslacht, seksuele gerichtheid en leeftijd. Daarnaast kan diversiteit aanwezig zijn door verschillen in werkervaring, culturele achtergrond en kennis.
Een divers personeelsbestand biedt meerwaarde voor je bedrijf, omdat dit onder andere:

Exchange of personal data
1. Passing on and receiving personal data within People 21 BV
People 21 BV can exchange your (personal) data within the various departments and subsidiaries that fall under People 21 BV.
People 21 BV ensures that European standards of data protection are applied to personal data within its departments and companies.
People 21 BV cannot be held liable if it has to provide personal data to authorities, in accordance with applicable legal obligations.
- Passing on and receiving data outside People 21 BV
The purpose of the processing of your personal data may mean that we share personal data with other organisations, such as clients to whom we can introduce you. Insofar as you have not given explicit permission for this or there is no legal obligation for this, this exchange of data only takes place if this is necessary for the execution of the agreement between you and People 21 BV or if People 21 BV has a legitimate interest in this exchange. whereby People 21 BV always takes your privacy interest into account or in other cases in which we are obliged to do so, for example by a court order or a court decision. People 21 BV uses automatically generated data for statistical purposes as well as for the security and improvement of People 21 BV. This data is provided to third parties insofar as they are fully anonymized and cannot be traced back to you. Except in the cases mentioned here in this Privacy Statement, People 21 BV will not provide your personal data to third parties without your prior consent.
Security of personal data
People 21 BV makes every effort to optimally protect your personal data against unauthorized use. We do this on the basis of physical, administrative, organizational and technical measurements. Candidates (if you have not worked for People21 BV)
Your details (CV, education, work experience, etc.) are available until two years after the last contact with People 21 BV. You will receive a message from us one year and two years after the last contact that you are registered with us.

People 21 BV chooses these parties carefully and tries to work exclusively with parties that observe European privacy regulations.

View and/or change data
